This Online manual is a god send, thank you very much whoever found this, i have used it so many times to sort out problems and just to check out how my car is put together, at the moment i am using it to sort out my rear suspension as i slipped out on some ice and have bent something which i hope is just my spindle as that can be un bolted and a new one on, well from looking at the diagram. the only problem is i have cracked my alloys in the process. : (

i have the same problem. i can only get it in russian!! i'm looking for the fuse diagrams for my kalos as the fuse for my cigarette lighter has blown!!
Had a look at the Kalos manual and printed some pages, for the cam belt assembly. Pages bore no resembalance to my 1.4 8valve engine so beware!!!!!!

They did used to have pre 2005 models but they changed the model years a month ago, i just use the 2005 model for my 2004 kalos and i havent noticed anything too different.
