hI i have a manuel for the Nexia 1.5 gli,actually i have 2 as when i 1st got the car i was told that the manuel is as rare as rocking horse poop, so i went on e-bay and won one via bidding when i rec 5 day`s later i had a quick browse then on opening the glove box heypresto there was the original manuel ,so if anyone need`s i can scan and publish any part of the manuel if need be so just let me know ,Tony.T63
Hi there m8, i have a nexia glxi 95. given for free off the in-laws.
only thing wrong with it is the heater doesnt get warm, just cold even when engine has been turned on for 20 mins.
please cud you post anything to do with the heater motor or what ever it saays it is in the troubleshooting page.

Hi Do you have anything in the manual relating to the timing belt fitting?
does it say that if the belt slips or jumps that the valves will be bent?
anyone out there changing the timing belt don't forget to change the tensioner and idler pulley, i changed the lot at 40k miles except the idler pulley, guess what it failed at 73k, jammed in the belt and caused it to jump several teeth on the cam, needlerss to say i can yurn the bottom end round without it touching the valves, cos i think its bent them out of the way. but if anyoune out there knows different, please let me know. email professorwoz@supanet.com

Hi Jimmy,
It will either be the flap not operating inside the heater box so the air blows accross the matrix or it may be blocked. Try taking off both heater pipes and putting a water hose directly onto one of the heater outlets and see if the water flows through it ok. if it does then you will know it is a control; problem. Could be a broken cable or the clip holding it could have come dislodged.
