Ok finally took some pics with my new phone this morning. The weather is wet and gloomy but the car looked good so here you are.
Current Mods: 2 x 600 watt 10 inch mutant subwoofers in box wired to my kenwood headunit and powered off a renegade amp, panel filter.
Planned mods: Matiz alloys, lowering with a spax kit, and ECU remap im working on but im wondering wether to use a standalone ecu or just map a piggy back system.
nice clean looking Matiz in the popular Poly Silver!

nice car
is the extra power for supplying the amps and woofers

do I spy dents on the front n/s wing?

Yes you do. Thats what happend one day at college last year. I came out to find some idiot leaning on the wing and once i saw that he saw my fist for being an inconsiderate ignorant @#$£. I have tried my best to pull them out using a suction cup but they seem to have creased slightly. When the weather gets a bit nicer i'll try and remove the front wing and try to carefully knock them out.

Haha, suprisingly the car does well with keeping power, the alternator works well so far but i dont go crazy with the bass, i just have a little bit on so i can actually hear it.
And here is a little thing i've knocked up. I'm planning on painting the wheels a nice goldy/bronze colour to accent the silver. I may de-handle and smooth the doors and maybe add popppers and ultimately lower the car so here's the photoshop concept so far, what do you think?

I don't think the wheels do it any favours to be honest, but otherwise it looks good
Im trying to decide on colour for them, i was leaning towards black but this bronze/gold stood out at the time.
I'm not a big fan of 'coloured' wheels on any car. I must be a boring old lady. Some nice alloys would look good
Yeah i know what you mean but getting alloys for a car with 13 inch wheels isnt the easiest task so im trying to compromise for now lol
there might be some decent 14's out there, you shouold be able to change the tyre profile to compensate for the change in rim size
When ti comes to using a computer to remap a car no problem when you talk about chaging the tyre profile to compensate for a larger rim i have no idea. All i know is that going bigger with the rim could send the speedo out of kilter.
The profile is the depth of the rubber. If the wheel size goes bigger you can choose a tyre that is not as deep. Overall the size of the complete wheel stays the same and your speedo reads ok. You have to be careful though as the width of the tyre changes too .
Sweetie you should create new thread for tyre size calculator!
A useful tool indeed!
Yeah thanks for that i'll be using it sometime soon i reckon.
