Help!!!
I have a daewoo Kalos and the remote locking system doesn't seem to be working properly.
If i lock it with the zapper the hazard lights start going off intermittantly - although the car is still locked. If i lock it with the key in the lock it doesn't happen.
Has anyone had the same problem (wasn't sure if it was the battery in the key).

Hi there
it will more than likely be the bonnet switch that is at fault, may need bonnet stops adjusting or a spacer sticking to bonnet to shove switch down.

hi sarah, have to echo neil's analysis, the switch on my car was sticking and not allowing the alarm and locking system to function properly, used wd40 to free it up, and worked ok since. reading other threads regarding locking faults it would appear that this switch is a common fault. hope you get sorted.

hi, i'm having exactly the same problem, will try bonnet switch as someone has suggested, this seems quite common
