Hi guys!
here again to pick your brain!
don't know if this is common, as this is my first woo, but the clutch pedal is up by my chin!.....well.ok, slight exaggeration there, but it does seen very high, and doesn't really make driving quite as enjoyable as i'd like. I am tall and as you may of guessed from my user name, not a skinny guy, so my seat is as far back as will allow, but i still have to lift my leg right up to engage the clutch.( bit of a bummer in slow, heavy traffic), resulting in an aching leg. Is there an adjustment I can make to lower the clutch pedal without it engaging the clutch too?( I know what I mean, hope you do to). once again, any input gratefully received! :-> fatty
you would need to slacken off the cable at the gearbox end, if the cable has not strectched or it may not be possible if the clutch plate assembly is nearing the end of its life, ie worn out

Thanks for replying, I will check out your suggestion as soon as the weather looks better.I may be lucky, as although the pedal is high, the clutch biting point is still near the floor, so hopefully there's plenty of life in it. :-> cheers, fatty
