I have problem with front deicer(somewhere called defogger) which is on the front windshield(on the botom black part, where wipers are), and use to heat up and deice wipers.
I found connector c110 which lead to it(beside plastic cover for A\C filter) and it has blue(+) and black(-) wire. When I turn defoger(heater) for rear\front\mirrors I get 12V(test bulb light on c110), but resistance of heater is ~3K ohm which is too much for heater. If the heater is broken then there would be infinite resistance.

Does it have some other thing beside, which cant be seen on foto, becouse on electric diagram it is shown thet c110 is directly connected to heater\deicer.
