Hi,
What can cause an hesitation on acceleration when the engine operate at normal temp.
At cold it seems to work perfectly (idle speed ok, acceleration ok)
The problem occurs only when the car operate at normal temperature.
I have no trouble code.
Thanks in advance.........
a load off things, we need to know what if anything you have already tried, as to try and save time and money on checking or replacing unnecessary parts etc
Yes I know that is many things may cause this problem. It is really complicated more when you have no trouble code and when the problem is intermittent.
But another symptom is when I switch off the engine, I hear the thermostat like a tac, tac, tac sound. let me know that if it is the normal operation of the thermostat?
(No overheat problem)
My question seems to be stupid but I need to know.

this tac tac tac sound is not the thermostat. the thermostat should only open once and close once and in all cases its not audible.
I'd say that this sound is sound of expanding metal under heat. might be the radiator or the heat shield above the exhaust outlets.
my father - back in 1976 - had a brand new BMW and it used to do the same when ever he turned it off.
Thanks shankosi!!!!!!!

having no error codes only means that you do not have major problems with your engine management system, but still there might be minor ones and mechanical problems, which will not be appear as a fault code.
this will depend on diagnosing the problem correctly by a professional, which in most cases will require a close examination.
have you tried a ECU reset and idle learn procedure?
early MKI matiz had a injector wiring issue which at the time had a injector wiring harness modification but I can t find anyone who can remember it  not all cars got done maybe Nelse can remember it or daewootec?

yes - i have been interested in this point as well. cant find any reference to it though.
i think it would be something related to enhancing the ground connection to the injectors or improving the communication to the ECM.
hope someone can shade a light here..

ithink basically it was to do with injector 1 and three that the wiring loom was too tight, but guessing at the age of the car it would have reared itself by now,
Regarding the main subject of "matizdaewoo", i heard that delay in acceleration response may be referred to a weak O2 sensor signal because the O2 sensor became sooty, or the timing belt has developed some slack due to normal aging.
how about that as a possibility?
Thanks shankosi for your answer but on this daewoo matiz there are no O2 sensor unfortunately.

how come?
never heard of a Matiz without O2 Sensor.
are you sure we are talking about same thing here?

Yes shakosi we talk about the same things.
I have verified it again but they are nothing.
They are no sensor(HO2 and O2) which are present on the exhaust pipe perhaps because my Matiz was manufactured from India.
O2 sensors are a main part of the electronic fuel injection system. without one the car would not know how much fuel to inject into the fuel to get the correct air/fuel ratio.
please investigate once more and look on the exhaust downstream pipe.
otherwise your car is the first Matiz i have heard of with such construction.
