can anyone help my wifes matize is losing water it runs perfect then all of a suden when she stops water runs out under car.
i checked inside and its dry brown water marks drivers side of engine
its not water expansion tank. if its water pump can anyone show me in pictures the procedure to change it.

why not inspect hoses and clamps first before jumping into conclusions?

or have you done this already?

how many miles on the meter anyway?

replacing the water pump is not an easy job and will require disassembling the entire timing belt mechanism. are you up to it?

replacing the water pump is not an easy job and will require disassembling the entire timing belt mechanism. are you up to it?

if your having to change water pump i would strongly recommend doing the timing belt kit aswell as it needs to come off to change belt and with winter coming you know it will be ok if you only do water pump you could find timing belt goes shortly after and money wasted paul
