Hi Everyone. I am after some help with some codes that ive found on the wifes Matiz. They are 04994 (undocumented), PO420 (cat converter fail, bank 1), and P1403 (DMTC valve circuit) can anyone help me with what i need to do to fix them. Thanks

clear the codes and see which of them will return back. a DTC code can appear if a sensor is disconnected during servicing, even if it is connected back.

what has happened here ??
