DAEWOO MATIZ HEAD BOLTS TORQUE VALUES

Daewoo matiz head bolt torque sequence

1st stage 22 lbft. = 30 Nm

2nd stage 43lbft. = 58 Nm

3rd stage 65lbft. = 88 Nm

4th stage loosen 90degrees then torque to 65lbft. = 88 Nm

5th stage run engine to hot then allow to cool for at least 4 hrs.

6th stage loosen 90degrees then torque to 65lbft = 88 Nm

this inof wasn't on here and as all a daewoo matiz owner ever seems to be doing is removing the cylinder head every six weeks then this is pretty vital info. Biggrin
